Skjoldblad communicated to the MPE that it will not be participating in the upcoming competition for acreage for the development of offshore wind in Southern North Sea II (Sørlige Nordsjø II).
The Skjoldblad consortium (Iberdrola, TotalEnergies and Norsk Havvind) joined the international conference of offshore floating wind professionals at Floating Wind Days 2023, held in Haugesund, Norway on May 24-25.
ONS is the place to be for everyone who has an ambition for the future of energy, sustainability and it´s technology. This year ONS took place from August 29th to September 1st.
In May, the government announced that offshore wind will be a major investment area, with the aim of awarding licenses for around 1,500 wind turbines and 30 gigawatts by 2040 – almost as much as today's total hydropower production.
