Skjoldblad Responds to the Oil and Energy Department’s Proposals for Sørlige Nordsjø II and Utsira Nord

Skjoldblad has shared input on the Oil and Energy Department’s (OED's) proposal for prequalification criteria and auction model for Sørlige Nordsjø II, as well as qualitative criteria and support scheme for Utsira Nord.

Skjoldblad is mostly satisfied with the OED's proposal. The consortium supports the requirement for expertise and documented experience with the development and operation of large offshore wind farms. They have also added some of their own proposals to strengthen, among other things, the criteria for sustainability and local content / ripple effects.
