Energy Innovation drives competence development through training programmes, industry collaboration, and Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) to provide workers with the skills and competencies they need to succeed in the offshore wind industry.

We welcomed the opportunity to attend the T-shore regional CoVE for Offshore Wind workshop held at the OTD ENERGY Exhibition in Stavanger. A packed agenda focussed on the challenges and opportunities of developing skills required to create a sustainable workforce across installation, operation and maintenance of offshore wind.
